OPEN ACCESS POLICY
Authors of articles published by Law in Action agree to the following terms and conditions:
Law in Action respects authors’ moral and economic rights, which will be restricted in order to enable their works to be published under an open access arrangement.
Law in Action does not collect any fees from authors for the submission or publication of their works.
All works published by Law in Action (without exception) are made available under the Creative Commons 4.0 Attribution-NonCommercial International license (CC BY-NC 4.0), which allows third parties to use these works subject to the requirement that the author of the work and the place of its first publication (Law in Action) is made clear in order to foster a greater exchange of knowledge at a global level.
Authors have the right to place their work published in Law in Action in other databases (e.g. in the repository of their university or on any other electronic or traditional medium) provided that it is clearly and unambiguously stated that the work was first published in Law in Action.
For these reasons, authors are obliged to submit a duly completed and signed Copyright Transfer Form. A scanned copy of the Copyright Transfer Form should be emailed as a PDF to [...].
